Wilbur Hilson

    Wilbur Dewey Hilson, age 92, of the Cold Springs Community, went home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2018. He was born on May 5, 1926 in Majette, FL to the late George Dewey Hilson and Della Ramer Hilson. Wilbur was predeceased by his wife, Sue Cress Hilson. Wilbur served 3 years in the Army, and 19 years in the Air Force; having fought in WWII & the Korean War. After serving his country, he was a self employed auto repairman. He was a member of the United Central Methodist Church. Those left to cherish his memories include: sons; Bernard Hilson, Victor R. Hilson, Jerry D. Hilson & William E. Hilson. Daughter; Sharon L Matthews. As well as, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
