Michael Pleasant

Michael Eugene Pleasant age 47, of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City passed away Monday, April 10, 2018 at the Mountain City Care Center. Mike was born on October 3, 1970 to the late Bennie Hubert Pleasant and Ida Bell Taylor Pleasant. In addition to his parents, Mike was also preceded in death by his brother Jeffery Pleasant He was an artist who loved painting and drawing. Those left to cherish Mikes’ memory include; Son Brandon Pleasant of WVA and daughter Jackie Ferrell Pleasant WVA brothers James Parker, Butler, TN Benjamin Pleasant, Lenoir, N.C. sisters Janet Mahala, Patricia Payne, and Melissa Scott all of Mountain City, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services will be conducted from 2 until 5 pm on Friday April 13, 2018 at his sisters residence Janet Mahala 158 Glen Drive Mountain City, Tennessee.
