Ellen Mary Rogers

Ellen Mary Lovejoy Orban Rogers age 70, of 1037 Forge Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away at home on Friday, April 6, 2018.She was born on June 28, 1947 at home in Bordentown, NJ to the late Gerald and Claudine Lovejoy.Ellen was educated in Bordentown schools and graduated from William MacFarland Highschool with honors. Ellen began her career at Bordentown Banking Company. She was a book keeper at AAA trucking, Garden State Land, and Williams Builder. Upon her retirement she moved to Tennessee to pursue her dream to breed and show award winning Staffordshire Terriers. She was an avid animal lover.She was pre deceased by her parents Gerald and Claudine Lovejoy and her brother Jerry Lovejoy Jr. Ellen is survived by her husband James Rogers of Tennessee, her grandmother Ruth Quistberg of Cape Coral, Florida, her sister Carol and Rich Junz of Bordentown, NJ, her daughters Michelle and Raymond Hartmann of Columbus, NJ and Kelly and Robert Schubert of Roebling, NJ, her son Michael Orban of Bordentown, her grandchildren Jacob, Mackenzie, and Danielle Hartmann of Columbus, NJ, Cody, Madison, and Skylar Schubert of Roebling, NJ. 10 nieces and Nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.A memorial service is planned at The Bordentown Home for Funerals in Bordentown, New Jersey on Friday April 20, 2018.Online condolences may be sent to the family on our webpage www.huxlipfordfh.com Professional Services are being provided by Hux & Lipford Funeral Home.
