Damu King

Damu King, age 78, of 114 Lunceford Lane, Mountain City, TN. Took his final breath while listening to Fly me to the Moon at the Franklin Woods Hospital, on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. Mr. King was an actor and a pilot, loved being a grandfather, was an avid sports enthusiast and Pittsburg Steelers fan. He was also a martial artist, writer and artist. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was born January 31, 1931 in Johnstown PA to the late Bertha L. Teal King. Survivors include his daughter: Elizabeth Alexandra King, of Mountain City, TN. His Son, Kyle Joseph King, of Miami, FL. Grandchildren, Naomi Alexandra King and Nathan Kyle King. His Sister Ester Baker of Baltimore, MD. As well as Several Nieces. He has a Special friend and Mother of his children, Judith M. King of Canada. Following his wishes, there will be no funeral or interment. Donations can be made in his name, to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
