Alexia Mains

Alexia "Ally" Shianne Mains, infant daughter of Heather Maze and Joseph Mains passed away Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Watauga Medical Center in Boone, North Carolina. Ally was preceded in death by one brother: Joseph Hunter Mains; maternal grandfather: Harold Maze; maternal uncle: Jadey Dunn; paternal great grandfather: William S. Mains; and paternal great grandparents: J. D. and Lizzie Rhymer.

In addition to her parents, survivors include one sister: MacKenzie Maze of Mountain City, TN; maternal grandmother: Jean Linton of Mountain City, TN; paternal grandmother: Patricia "Pip" Mains of Mountain City, TN; paternal grandfather: Robert
Mains of Mountain City, TN; and paternal great grandmother: Betty Mains of Mountain City, TN. Several uncles, aunts, and cousins also survive.

Graveside services for Alexia will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2008 from the Phillippi Cemetery with Dr. Tom Peake officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Doctors and Staff of Watauga Medical Center.
