Anna Jane Stout Lewis, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones, on March 1st, 2026 at the age of 79. 

 She was baptized and saved by Jesus Christ.  She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church and Antioch Baptist Church for many years.  She loved all of her dogs and cats as well as sitting around the table talking and spending time with her family.   She also loved doing word search puzzles and reading her bible.  She was known for her kindness, graciousness, and compassion.  

She was proceded in death by two sons: Andy Greer and Randy lewis; parents, Mae and Bob Stout; and a brother, Dan Stout.  

Anna is survived by her husband of 50 plus years, Vonelly Lewis; three children, Linda Williams (Stacy), William Lewis, And Dennis Lewis all of Mountain City, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Lorianna, Bobbianne, Little Stacy (Cynthia), all of Mountain City, Tennessee and Devin Greer of Damascus, Virginia; four great grandchildren: Jonathan and Mason of Mountain City, Tennessee and Brianne and Andrew of Damascus, Virginia; sisters and brothers: Lucy and Millard Norris, Jim and Sandy Stout, Frank and Nancy Stout, Bobby and the late Carla Stout; several nieces and nephews; and her loyal and faithful companion, Ellie.  

A funeral service for Anna will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Hux & Lipford Funeral Home with Ray Vaught and Teddy Lewis to officiate.  The family will recieve friends from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM prior to the funeral servcie.  A graveside servcie will follow at the Jones and Lewis Cemetery on Pine Mountain.  At other times friends may visit the family at 2562 Antioch Road, Mountain City, Tennessee.  

Pallbearers will be Mickeal Wall, Little Stacy williams, Jason Stout, John Stout, Richard Norris, and Gary Norris.

Honorary pallbearers are Jamie Lewis, Eric Roark, Stacy Williams Sr., and Donnie Lewis.
