Anna Sue Blevins Campbell, age 69, of 5000 Hwy 91N, Mountain City, TN passed away Friday, September 16, 2011 in Mountain City Care Center. She was a daughter of the late Ulysses and Katherine McDaniel Blevins. Ms. Campbell was of the Baptist faith and loved gardening and flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers: Raymond, Harley, Frank, Leonard and Clarence Blevins; and two sisters: Mary Blevins and Sarah Smith. Survivors include: her husband, James Campbell, of the home; one sister: Nannie Hash and husband Bill of Nokesville, VA; three brothers: Lawrence Blevins and wife Jessie, Ira Blevins and wife Shelby, all of Konnarock, VA and Ed Blevins and wife Betty of Marion, VA. Several nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved also survive. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2011 from the Eastside Memory Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, 2011 at Azen Baptist Church in Virginia with Rev. Steven Spencer officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow in Azen Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jonathan Arnold, Gary Blevins, Jim Blevins, Mickey Blevins, Scott Blevins, Adam Campbell, Justin Dickson and Joe Fritts. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Jim Shine and the staff of Caris Hospice. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Mountain City Care Center and Caris Hospice for the care given to Anna Campbell.
