We are saddened to announce the passing of Annie Wallace, age 83, on Sunday, April 30,2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born April 1,1940 to the late Elbert Watson and Bonnie Main Watson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eight brothers, C.J., Marshall and Ed Phillips, Doran, Elbert Lewis, Johnny, Odas, and Herman Watson; Three sisters, Nell Pope, Katherine Blevins and Nettie Watson and an infant son.
Annie enjoyed working puzzles, bird watching, playing rook and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Harmons Chapel Christian Church in Shady Valley.
Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Kitty Eller of Shady Valley, Lisa Grindstaff (Paul) of Elizabethton; two sons, David Wallace (Jeannie) of Shady Valley and Kenneth Wallace of Shady Valley; Grandchildren, Eric Eller (Kimberly), Ashely Wallace, Casey Grindstaff (Maitlyn), Bryce Wallace (Anna), Taylor Wallace, Trevor Eller (Rachel) and collin and Simon Eller; Great Grandchildren, Graci Thompson, Lucas Thompson and Ellie Grindstaff; Great Great Grandson, Carter Eller and several very special nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.
The service for Miss Wallace will be private. She will be laid to rest in the Billy Hill Cemetery in Shady Valley, Tennessee.
