Austin Dakota Heaton, age 19, of 508 Trivette Road, Mountain City, TN passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. He was a member of Nelsons Chapel Baptist Church. His hobbies included collecting knives, working on cars and trucks, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lois Jacobs and two aunts: Nancy Alice Jacobs and Connie Frances Jacobs. Survivors include: his father Junior Heaton and stepmother Betty Renee Heaton of the home; his mother: Shelly Dawn Jacobs and Ronnie Dickens of Mountain City, TN; one sister Ashley Mullen-Farley of Blountville, TN; four brothers: Zachary Jacobs, Travis Heaton, Steven Heaton and Edward Heaton, all of Mountain City, TN; paternal grandparents: Jimmy and Rosa Heaton; maternal Grandfather David Jacobs, all of Mountain City, TN; nephew Kairen Farley and niece Nevaeh Heaton; special family: Raven Mullins, Justin Jacobs and aunt Lorie Mullins, of Mountain City, TN; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many special friends. Funeral service for Austin Dakota Heaton will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2015 from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Mike McNutt officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Heaton, Zachary Jacobs, Justin Jacobs, Rob Reece, Timmy Reece, Bill Heck, Daniel Estep, David Roark, Ronnie Dickens, Derick Eggers and James Farley. At other times, friends may call at the father's residence, 508 Trivette Road, Mountain City, TN or the residence of his aunt, Lorie Mullins, 2155 Lumpkin Branch Road, Mountain City, TN or the residence of his grandfather David Jacobs, 410 Fox Hollow Road, Mountain City, TN or the residence of his mother, 315 Hancock Road, Lot #6, Mountain City, TN.
