Barry S. Halpert,age 68, of 165 Robin Lane, Boone, NC passed away August 3, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Highway 421 South in Trade Tennessee. He was a native of Miami, Florida. A memorial service for Mr. Halpert will be conducted at a later date.
