Benjamin Carroll Miller

Benny Miller, age 74 of Mountain City, TN passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Lakebridge Rehabilitation Center in Johnson City, TN. He was born July 17,1948 to the late Pinkney Johnathan Miller and Lillie Mae Sanders. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Benny was a United States Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, brother and grandson. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Lucy Mae Miller, Daughters: Susan Vanover, Beverly Rhymer and Tina Miller, Sons: Shannon Miller and Ben Miller, Sister: Sue Marton, Grandchildren: Hannah, Josh, James, Annthony, Lilly, Matthew, Bridgette, Wesley, John, Adam, Austin, Ann, Ethan, Delora and Robert, Many great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and special friend: Steve. A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11 am at Hammons Cemetery with Anthony Roark and Kenny Collins to officiate. Military honors will follow to be accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard. Pallbearers are: Joshua Long, James Rhymer, Ben Miller, Ethan Miller, Anthony Rhymer, Shannon Miller, Austin Johnson, and Andrew Long. Honorary pallbearers are: Steve Shultz and Earl Greer.
