Betty "Bobbie" Cress Phillippi

Proverbs 16:31 " Gray hair is a crown of glory ; It is gained in a righteous life".

Bobbie lived a long fulfilling life from being a Supervisor at Levi Strauss to spending her retirement years making many breakfasts with the Levi Retirees for the High School scholarship fund. On April 20, 2026 she went on to bigger and better things.She was a loving Mother, Sister, Wife and Grandmother. She had many roles in her lifetime but her most cherish ed was being "Granny Bobbie" to her grandbabies. Taking care of her family was top of her list every day. She always made sure everyone was taken care of. She was welcomed with open arms by her Husband, Mother, Father and Sister whom she missed dearly.

 Bobble is survived by one daughter Trisha (Micah) Cretsinger two granddaughters Vanessa (Justin) and Shannon (Justin) six great grandchildren Lacey Payne, Justin Colt, Remy and Wess Dugger. Jace and Judd Bailey. A sister and brother Joyce (Russell) Canter and Donnie Cress. One niece Angie (Jeff) Nelson.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Phillippi Cemetery with Tom Reece to officiate. 

 Bobbie lived a modest life, never wanting attention on herself so a private family graveside service was her request. Family request that since food and flowers are temporary donations can be made to the Brad Reece Memorial Scholarship Fund 235 Lloyd Road Mountain City TN 37683.
