SIMMS, Betty Jean, 66, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was born in Elizabethton, Tennessee February 19, 1950 to the late Dewey Crumley Sr., and Donna Guinn Crumley. Survived by her husband of 49 years Harold Simms. Brothers Dewey Crumley Jr. (wife, Karen), and proceeded in death Bobby Joe Crumley, Gary "Jerry" Crumley. Sons: Terry Simms (wife, Mellisa), Timmy Simms, Wayne Simms, Samantha Cheatham, Christopher Cheatham. Grandchildren: Amanda, Ashley, Alissa, Christopher Jr, Zackery, Timmy, Taylor, Nichole, T.J., Eric, Emily, Cody, Kearsten, Cody, Deseree, Paula. Great Grandchildren: Riley, Kyle, Jaidyn, Lainey, Neveah, Haiden, Justin, Annabelle, Kasey, Karissa, Everly, and 2 more on the way. Celebration of life will be held at East Thonotosassa Baptist Church on Friday, February 26. Graveside services will be Saturday, May 28th, at 11:00 am.m from the Rock Springs Cemetery in Mountain City, Tenn.
