Betty Loggins, age 76, of Bristol, TN passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017. Betty was born February 22, 1941 in Shady Valley, TN. To the late Vance Oliver (Jack) Garland and Pearl Icenhour Garland. In addition to her parents she is proceeded in death by one brother, Junior Glen (Doc) Garland.

She has one son; Gregory Allen Loggins, Two Brothers; Jack Garland and Bernal Garland, One Sister; Phyllis Spears, she also has several Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers are Shane Boyd, Junior Blevins, J.T. Pruitt, Joe Pruitt, Bernal Garland Jr, and John Young.

Visitation will be from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home, Mountain City, TN. Funeral will follow the visitation at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 with Pastor Dwayne Dickson Officiating.
