Billie Jean Mays

July 19, 1935 — June 20, 2010

Mrs. Billie Jean Mays, age 74, of 327 Mays Lane, Shady Valley, Tennessee passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 20, 2010 following an extended illness. She was a native of Arkansas and a daughter of the late Leo and ruby Hensley Keirns. Mrs. Mays enjoyed crafts and was a member of Harmons Chapel Christian Church in Shady Valley, Tennessee.

 

Survivors are:

Husband: William Ray Mays, Shady Valley

Daughter: Robyn Campbell, Shady Valley

Son: James and wife Kathy Mays, Davison, Michigan

Two Brothers: Charles and James Keirns, both of Michigan

Grandchildren: Micheal Mays, Amanda Montague, Mallori Campbell, Patricia Mays, Christina and husband Jason Harris, Katrinia and husband Jason Sharon

Five Great Grandchildren

Several Nieces and Nephews

 

A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from the Harmons Chapel Christian Church with Mr. Howard Taylor officiating. Pallbearers will be Justin Gentry, Edward Seals, Micheal Mays, Jason Sharon, Jeremy McCracken and Jeff Lewis. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at the Harmons Chapel Christian Church or at the family residence, 327 Mays Lane, Shady Valley, Tennessee anytime. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shady Valley Fire Department.
