Billy Joe "Jerry" Weaver

Billy Joe Weaver, "Jerry" of Laurel Bloomery, TN passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015. He was born to the late Albert and Doris Weaver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Mark Weaver. Jerry enjoyed building, old westerns, and family and friends. Survivors include: one daughter; Gina Weaver of Lansing, NC, two sons; Richard Weaver of Lansing, NC and Eric Weaver of Mountain City, TN, two sisters; Phyllis Anna Sutherland of Callahan, FL and Sharon Jones of Moneta, VA, one brother; Carmen Weaver of Laurel Bloomery, three grandchildren, special nephew; Billy Ray Jones as well as several cousins. There will be a memorial service to honor Jerry, Sunday, August 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the Flatwoods Cemetery with Mike Bowers officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Professional services for the Weaver family are in the care of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home, Mountain City, TN.
