Obituary for: Bobby Joe Winters We are saddened to announce the passing of Bobby Joe Winters, Age 49 of Mountain City, TN. He was born October, 26 1972 to the late Joseph Sexton and Eula Mae Winters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Sexton and Ella Mae Winters and nephews, Allen Winters, Brandon and Jonathan Forrester, and Brad Garland. He loved Nascar races and was a big Kevin Harvick fan. He was also a big fan of Dale Earnhardt Senior. He was a self employed Mechanic. He is survived by a sister; Kathy Forrester of Mountain City and two brothers, Glen Winters (Debbie) and Dean Winters of Mountain City, Beloved dog Yoyo. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be conducted Monday, April 11, 2022 at 7pm in the Charles B. Hux Chapel in Hux & Lipford Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 7pm prior to the service.
