Bonnie Lavonna Stout, age 74, of 3741 Sink Valley Road, Butler, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was born on July 7, 1931 in Carter County, Tennessee to the late Virgil and Minnie Henson. Bonnie was a CNA for Johnson County Hospital, where she retired. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, Butler, Tennessee and The Order of the Eastern Star of South Bend, Indiana. Bonnie enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting and singing, but most of all, she loved working outside in her flowers. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest A. Stout, seven sisters: Mamie Powell, Della Oliver, Ruby Proffitt, Florence Proffitt, Jean Hackney, Ella Harmon and Berna McIntosh and two brothers: Russell Harmon and Ranzo Harmon. Bonnie is survived by two sons: Larry D. Stout and wife Lora and Ronnie A. Stout, all Butler, Tennessee; one daughter, Faye Gregg and husband Terry of Butler, Tennessee; six grandchildren: Larry Stout Jr. and wife Kerry, Becky Rideout and husband Ted, Chasity Townsend and husband Chad, Benji Stout, Tonya Proffitt and husband Ethen, Jenny Jones and husband Scotty, six great-grandchildren: two sisters: Villa Sparks and husband Marcus of Andrews, North Carolina and Wyona Malcom of Elkhart, Indiana and one brother, Gedar Harmon and wife Virginia of Butler, Tennessee. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2006 from the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Ministers Roy Wilson and Marcus Sparks to officiate. Pallbearers will be: Chad Townsend, Scotty Jones, Blaine Branch, Ethen Proffitt, Terry Gregg and Larry Stout Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are: Barney "Butch" Estep, James Smith and Edward Fletcher. Family, Pallbearers and Friends are asked to assemble by 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, at the Cemetery for Services.
