Brian Joseph Ashley, born on February 13, 1972, in Banner Elk, North Crolina,  left this world on August 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy filled with kindness, warmth, and a passion for life. Brian, a son to the late Joseph Franklin Ashley and Helen Jean Dunn, is remembered not only for his friendly disposition but also for his diverse interests and hobbies that brought joy to his life.

A talented musician, Brian found solace in playing the guitar, the melodies of which resonated with his generous spirit. He loved the thrill of riding motorcycles and had a deep appreciation for classic cars, particularly Mustangs and Monte Carlos. Fishing was another passion of Brian's; it was during these serene moments by the water that he connected with nature and indulged in his love for the outdoors. His unique hobby of collecting Native American artifacts, such as arrowheads, speaks to his curiosity about history and culture.

Brian's loving nature extended beyond his hobbies. Known to never meet a stranger, his infectious smile lit every room, and his kind-hearted personality made him a cherished friend to many. He was a devoted fan, rooting passionately for Tennessee football and the Carolina Panthers.

Dunn; nephews, Damien Hipshire, Austin A. Gentry, and Jacob L. Ashley; and his special friend, Timothy Eggers. Each of these individuals carries a piece of Brian with them, ensuring that his memory and spirit will continue to thrive.

Brian Joseph Ashley's legacy will forever be defined by the love he shared, the kindness he offered, and the joy he brought to the lives of others. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as he leaves behind a tapestry of beautiful memories that will remain cherished by all who had the honor of knowing him.
