Burle Lee Sluder

Burle Lee "Steve" Sluder, age 55, of Hickory, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at his residence. A native of Westchester, Pennsylvania, he was born on Spetember 29, 1949 to Lee Forrest Sluder and Della Rae Martin Sluder. In addition to his parents, Burle is survived by one son, Steve Sluder; one grandson, Ethan Sluder, both of California and Grandfather, Shelby Sluder of Texas. Funeral Services for Burle Lee "Steve" Sluder will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2005 from the Hux-Tetrick Funeral Home Chapel, 300 W Main Street, Mountain City, Tennessee. Burial will be in the Martin Family Cemetery, Mountain City, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2005 at Bass-Smith Funeral Home, 334 2nd Street NW, Hickory, North Carolina.
