Willie Buster Brown 12-21-38 to 01-18-24
Willie Buster Brown passed away peacefully at home with his wife Peggy of 58 years by his side on January, 18, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Ida Brown, and his grandson Ethan Brown.
He is survived by his wife Peggy, son Shannon and his wife Melissa, his awesome grandson Evan, and his brother, Billy Brown. Buster lived and enjoyed 85 years of life. He was a kind, soft spoken, talented man, whose smile was contagious and would brighten your day. He enjoyed spending time with his family, skiing and drag racing with his son, and of course spending time with his grandsons and attending baseball games, chorus concerts, Special Olympic events, and the yearly Buddy Walk. He served his country in the Army and was a former deacon at First Christian Church in Mountain city. He opened several successful businesses including a parts store, muffler shop and quick lube and a music store. He enjoyed wood working, and crafting and repairing guitars. Guitars were his favorite instrument and he loved listening to bluegrass music.
We are thankful for the example he set as a husband, father, grandfather, and friend. We are also thankful for his service to our country and community. He left an imprint on many hearts, and made the world a better place. He was well loved and will be missed by so many.

The family will receive friends from 5 pm - 7 pm prior to the service.
