Obituary for: Candyce "Candy" Stout Candyce "Candy" Stout, age 61, 12815 Hwy 67 West, Butler, Tennessee passed away at the Johnson City Medical Center on Thursday, November 28, 2013 after an extended illness. Candyce was born October 16, 1952 in Caldwell Idaho to the late Vernon Carrol Stout. She was also preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Ed and Rosa Stout, maternal grandparents, Cannon and Cora Stout and one uncle, Glenn Stout. Her hobbies were old cars, making crafts, driving her truck and spending time with grandchildren. She was a member of Unaka Avenue Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Beulah R. Stout; Butler, TN. a daughter, Vernay Winebarger and husband D. J., Mountain City, TN and a brother, Dennis Stout and wife Myra, Cuba, New York. Four grandchildren, Halley Stanley, Elizabeth Stanley, Casey Stanley and wife Sasha, and Tyler Stanley, Mountain City, TN and one great grandchild, Kalee Stanley, Mountain City, TN. Several nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins also survive. Special friend Phyllis McCarty, Johnson City, TN. It was Ms. Stout's wishes to have no formal Services.
