Carl Samuel Dixon

We are saddened to announce the passing of Carl Samuel Dixon at the age of 73 who passed away January 17th, 2021, at his residence. He was the son of of the late Roy Dixon and Nellie Church Dixon and was born on May 5th, 1947 in Mountain City, Tennessee. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Hazel Ann Miller, his sisters Betty Hammons, and Fannie Lefler, Brothers; Raymond Dixon, Bill Dixon, Jessie Dixon, and his twin brother Charles Dixon, Survivors include; Son; Karl “Boy” Dixon Daughter; Diane Dixon and several grand and great grandchildren, Brother; Johnny Dixon Sisters; Ruby Blevins, Evelyn Woodfin Special friend Shirley Isenburg and the mother of his children, Kathy Miller Thorton, Special Great Niece; Kendra Franklin and family. His jokester buddy Colby Franklin his friends at the John Sevier Ce Services will be announced later. The family would like to express a special thank you to Ann Shelton who went above and beyond.
