Obit for Charles Edgar Vaught
Charles Edgar Vaught, age 77, of 217 Piney Avenue, Piney Flats, TN. Passed away Saturday, August 9, 2008 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Charlie and Mayme Tester Vaught. He was a native of Johnson County, and was a Member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Mountain City. He was a retired Carpenter, a Veterans of the U. S. Navy; hobbies were fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Hoover Vaught.

Three Grandchildren: Misty Isaacs, Toby Murph, and Tommy Gregg
Four Great Grandchildren: Lane Isaacs, Eric Isaacs, Andrew Murph and Abby Christian

Funeral services will be held 8:00 p. m. Monday, August 11, 2008 from the Henson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Goforth and Rev. Ray Vaught to officiate.
Pallbearers will be Delmar Vaught, Joe Norris, Eddie Johnson, Darrell Barlow, Sonny Baird and
Sam Wilson
Military Graveside services and Burial will be held 1:00 p. m. Tuesday, August 12, 2008 from the Pleasant Grove Cemetery accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard.
The family will receive Friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. Monday prior the services at the Henson Funeral Home Chapel.
