Charlotte Jean Norris

Charlotte Jean Norris, age 63, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in Franklin Woods Hospital, Johnson City, TN following a brief illness. She was born November 15, 1951 to the late Frank and Nancy Dunn Norris. Her hobbies included church, family, crafts and shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Griffin Norris and Kirk Norris; and a sister: Pansy Gilley. Survivors include: one son, Steven Michael Norris, of Mountain City, TN; one sister, Shirley Wallace, of Mountain City, TN; one brother, Frank Norris, of Granite Falls, NC; two aunts; Alice Norris of Laurel Bloomery, TN and Cora Walls of Mountain City, TN and several nieces and nephews. Special friends Helen, Jeff and Gail also survive. Funeral services will be at Hux-Lipford Funeral Home Chapel on Monday January 26, 2015 at 3:00 p.m., with the family to receive friends from 2:00p.m. - 3:00p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Wilson cemetery. At other times, friends may call at the residence of her sister, Shirley Wallace, 348 Hillside Road, Mountain City, TN.
