Chia Kao Vang, 93 of Greenlee Road, Old Fort, NC died on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at his residence. Born November 1, 1919 in Laos, he was the son of the late Sia Pang Vang and Mee Vue. The Hmong funeral will begin Friday, January 18, 2013 and conclude on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Jenkins Funeral Home and Pavilion on Startown Road in Newton, NC. Burial will follow the service on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Park
