Cindy Panganiban

Cindy Panganiban, Age 46 of 930 Rainbow Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on Saturday January 19, 2013 at her residence. Cindy was a daughter of Sue Andrews, of Springfield, Tennessee, and the late Charles William Cobb. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a sister Carol Cobb-Joyce. She was a native of Eagleville, Ohio and moved to Mountain City in 1998. Cindy Worked at the Johnson City Medical Center, and was a member of Saint Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church. Her Survivors in addition to her mother are her husband of 17 years, Jason Panganiban of the home.Daughter; Jamie Duncan and her husband Fred, Mountain City, Tennessee. Nephew; Andrew Joyce, Kailua, Hawaii, Stepmother; Francis Cobb, Mountain City, Tennessee. Stepfather Bud Andrews, Springfield, Tennessee. There will be a service for Cindy on Friday January 25, 2013 from the Charles B. Hux Chapel Memorial Chapel of the Hux Lipford Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm. until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
