Clliff Treadway

Cliff Treadway, age 67, of 2704 Roundabout Road, Creston, NC passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2012. He was the son of the late William Connley Treadway and Martishia Riley Treadway. He enjoyed collecting and trading guns working on cars and he was a former employee of the North Carolina Forestry Service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Debbie Rupard and Dorothy Eastridge and one brother: Jack Treadway. Survivors include: His wife, Sue P. Treadway, of the home; one daughter: Michelle Treadway, of the home; six sisters: Julie Eldreth of Lansing, NC; Margaret Ray and husband Wade of Moravian Falls, NC; Mildred Mahaffey of Warrensville, NC; Lois Grogan and husband Thomas of Granite Falls, NC; Helen Jones of Warrensville, NC; Mary Campbell and husband Bo of Warrensville, NC; two brothers: Larry Treadway of West Jefferson, NC and Dean Treadway and wife Rose of Warrensville, NC; Brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Joyce and James Johnson of Creston, NC; two sisters-in-law: Marilyn Graybeal of Creston, NC and Frankie Treadway of West Jefferson, NC; and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held in Clint Gilley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
