Obituary for: Cora B. Wolfe Cora B. Wolfe, age 89, of Butler, Tennessee, passed away at the Johnson City Medical Center on Monday, September 5th, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Henry Buckles and Mossie Cole Buckles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Wolfe; a sister: Florine Buckles; two brothers: Ross and Clyde Buckles. Mrs. Wolfe was a member of the Sugar Grove Baptist Church and she enjoyed sewing, gardening and basket weaving. She is survived by a daughter: Vickie Wolfe, South Charleston, West Virginia. Son: Eddie Wolfe and wife Betty, of Butler, Tennessee. One grandson: Jason Wolfe and wife Kristy of Butler, Tennessee. Great Grandson: Luke Wolfe, Butler, Tennessee. Two sisters: Shirley Younce of Buckeye, Arizona, and Reta Buckles of Elizabethton, Tennessee. Caregiver: Jane Ward, Butler, Tennessee. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services for Cora B. Wolfe will be conducted Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of the Hux Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Morefield and Rev Tim Tapp officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Friends may call at the residence at other times. Graveside service and interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Dry Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews and friends.
