Davey Allen Dugger

We are saddened to announce the passing of Davey Allen Dugger, age 62, of 2233 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, TN on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Johnson City Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was born November 4, 1957 to the late Billy Gene Dugger and Doris Kyte Clark in Carter County, Tennessee. Also preceding him in death were his sisters: Mary Dugger and Regina Dugger; brother, Billy Gene Dugger; and fiancé, Jania "Beth" Tolley along with special grand-dog, Sophie Grace who passed away two weeks prior to Davey's passing. Davey was a member of Little Doe Baptist Church. He loved motorcycles, Ford cars and guns. Survivors include daughters: Jodi Dugger and wife, Keila, Kingsport, TN; Julie Dugger and fiancé, Dustin Powell, Mountain City, TN; grandkids, Chandler and Cadence Townsend and the mother of his children, Donna K. Williams; brothers: Henry Clark and wife, Nancy, Bo Clark, Billy G. Dugger, James Edwin "Eddie" Dugger and Verlin Hoyt; sister: Lori Finch and husband, Paul. Grand-dogs: Onyx, Kloe, Lukas, and Markus Dugger. Special friends, Lonnie and Lee Pleasant, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. A special thank you to Donna Williams for helping take care of Davey in the final months of his life. It was Davey's wish to be cremated with no formal service therefore, a private inurnment will be held at a later date.
