Debbie Arney

Debbie Arney, age 62 , passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in the Watauga Medical Center.  She was born February 14, 1961 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to the late Bill Sheppard and Juanita Bowling Sheppard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Sheppard.

Debbie enjoyed crafting.  She loved traveling with the love of her life, Alan Opichka.

Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Marc Arney (Tiffany) of Mountain City, TN and Eric Arney (Ashley) of Elizabethton, TN; brother, Danny Sheppard (Teresa); three grand children, several nieces and nephews and domestic partner, Alan Opichka.

Memorial service for Debbie will be private
