Obituary for: Deborah "Kathy" Evans After an extended illness Deborah "Kathy" Evans, age 51, of Wartburg, TN and formerly of Mountain City, TN went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 14, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father Claude Brown and mother Betty Mae Flannegan Brown and one brother George Brown. She is survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Evans of Wartburg, TN; two sons: Bradley Brown and wife Sarah of Mountain City, TN and Randy Brown; one granddaughter of Elizabethton; one sister: Nancy McFadden and husband Rob of Mountain City, TN; four brothers: Mark Brown and wife Betsy; John Brown, Jack Brown all of Mountain City, TN and Jim Brown of Piney Flats, TN; one aunt: Stella Rose Tester of Mountain City, TN and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She enjoyed and loved her two dogs, Teenie and Tuffy. At Kathy's request no formal services will be held. The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
