Dennis P. Moore

Dennis P. Moore, age 46, of 102 Gambill Springs Road, Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2006. He was born on November 27, 1959 in Hagerstown, Maryland to the late Mack Moore and Willie Gray Horne Moore. Dennis was an employee of Wal-Mart. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Dennis was a member of the Hunting Club and a former member of Doe Valley Fire Department. He was a member of God's Country Church. Dennis is survived by his wife, Wilma Moore, of the home; one daughter, Crystal Odin, also of the home; two sons: Donald Stanley and Keith Stanley, both of Mountain City, Tennessee; one sister, Marilyn Willis of Bristol, Virginia; three brothers: Joe Moore of Mountain City, Tennessee; Dave Moore of Maryville, Tennessee and Larry Moore of Bristol, Virginia; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many, many special friends. Funeral Services for Dennis P. Moore will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2006 from God's Country Church with Mr. Ronnie Manuel to officiate. Music will be under the direction of God's Country Church Choir. Graveside Services and Interment will follow from the Greer Cemetery on Pine Orchard Road, Butler, Tennessee. Active Pallbearers will be: Larry Danner, John Holloway, Paul Potter, Gary Manuel, Junior Stout and David Manuel. The family will receive friends from 7-9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2006 from the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home.
