Diane Clark

Diane Clark, age 70, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at her residence.  She was born July 8, 1953 to the late R.L. Lewis and Ella Jean Tester Lewis.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Chris Clark.

Diane was a teacher at Mountain City Elementary, where she taught for 33 years. She enjoyed reading and was a member of Nelsons Chapel Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Paul; those left to cherish her memories include her son, Adam Clark of Leland, North Carolina; grandchildren, Ella Jean Clark and Jett Hudson Clark; several nieces and nephews, special cousins, Wynola Perkins and Ginger Norris and special friends, Linda Thompson, Ginger Johnson, Sue Breece and Donna Brock also survive.

Entombment for Diane will be Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum of Love with pastor Mike McNutt officiating

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 12 pm -1 pm in the Buford Lipford Chapel at Hux & Lipford Funeral Home.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dennis Tester, Kenneth Rowman, Tim Bradley, Jeff Tester, Kody Norris, Christopher Bradley, Bryan Baker, Tater Baker and Johnny Baker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ASPCA or St. Jude's.
