We are saddened to announce the passing of Richard Charles (Dick) Proos at the age of 93 who passed away Monday December 21, 2020 in Bristol, Va. He was born October 22, 1927 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late John Martin Proos and Marcileen Roman Proos in addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Helen Jones Proos 2 brothers Jack and Tom Proos. He was a US Army Veteran also a flight instructor. He retired from DTE gas company (Miccon Industries) Survivors include; Step Sons; Jamie Jones, Matthews N.C. And Gregg Jones, Bowling Green, KY. Step Daughters; Sue Wilson, Wake Forrest, NC. And Clara Spurlock, Fayetteville, TN. Brother and sister in law; Bill Proos (Barb) Sparta, MI. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
