Dolores U. Bennett

Dolores U. Bennett, age 70, of 3250 Highway 421 North, Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away, Monday, March 31, 2003 at her residence. She was a native of Arkansas, but made her home in Johnson County for the past few years. Mrs. Bennett was a former employee of Pepperridge Farms and was a member of the Christ Community Fellowship in Illinois, but attended the First Assembly of God of Mountain City, Tennessee. Survivors: Husband: Malone Bennett, of the home (1) Daughter: Kathy Lynn Carpenter, Lincoln, Illinois (1) Sister: Charlene Sawyer, Benton, Illinois (1) Brother: Richard Owens, Lincoln, Illinois Aunt: Myrtle Aiken, DuQuoin, Illinois Several Nieces and Nephews Henson Funeral Home in charge of the Arrangements., Funeral services for Dolores U. Bennett will be held 11:00 A. M. Friday, April 4, 2003 from the Chapel of the Henson Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Quintana to officiate. Graveside services and burial will be 2:00 P. M. Friday from the Bennett Cemetery in Green Mountain, North Carolina. Pallbearers will be: Friends of the family. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A. M. till 11:00 A. M. Friday at the Henson Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call at the Residence, 3250 Highway 421 North, Mountain City, Tennessee at anytime.
