Donna Carpenter

Donna Fay Carpenter, Age 51, passed away early Wednesday morning, April 9, 2025 at Johnson City Medical Center, surrounded by close family and friends.

She was born August 8, 1973 to the late Darlene and Edward Howard. She was proceeded in death by her paternal grandparents (Dave and Lula Howard) and maternal grandparents (Tom and Fay Laws) Of Mountain City, TN.

Donna never met a stranger, she always knew how to make someone smile. She was a firecracker and wasn’t afraid to tell you how she really felt. She loved making homemade jewelry, crocheting, and anything crafty. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandkids, Autumn Rayne and Elijah James.

Those left to Cherish her memory include her daughter, Sam Carpenter (Cody Norris); grandchildren, Autumn Rayne, (best friend, Aleya) and Elijah James; aunts, Shirley Campbell (David), Lula Bell (Marvin), Joyce Brewer (Bill); uncles, Ed Laws (Sue); cousins, Lisa Wilson (Billy),
Missy Snyder (Donald),  Rebecca Brewer (Ricky), Brandon Street, Michael laws, and many other special friends and Burger King family, Some of which will greet her In heaven.

Per Donna’s wishes, There will be no formal services, but there will be a celebration of life on her birthday August 8th, 2025.  Contact Sam or Autumn for information.
