Douglas Edward Fritts, Jr. age 32 of Fisher Ferry Street, Thomasville, passed away suddenly Sunday March 15, 2020. In order to comply with directives from Governor Cooper’s office, a private service will be held on Friday March 20, 2020 in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Rev. Clyde Akers officiating and services will be streamed live on the Davidson Funeral Home Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/davidson.funeralhome. Friends may come by funeral home during hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to pay their respects on Friday prior to service. Graveside service and burial will be Sunday March 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Park in Mountain City, Tennessee. Douglas was born in Elkhart County, IN on September 18, 1987 to Douglas Edward Fritts, Sr. and Billie Jean Boggs Fritts. He was General Manager of Advance Auto in Denton, NC. Surviving are his father of Mountain City, TN; stepmother, Debbie Fritts of Mountain City Tennessee, his mother of Tennessee; sons, Brayden Hunter Fritts and Branson Eli Fritts of the home; daughter, Isabella Grace Perry of the home; his fiancée’, Nicole Perry of Thomasville; sisters, Lekisha Hubbard (Jacob) of Meadows of Dan, VA., Kasaunda Fuller (Jeremy) Galax, Elizabeth, Andrea and Haylee Fritts and Katlyn Stout all of Mountain City, Tennessee; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
