Drema S. Hayworth, age 58, of Baileyton Station, TN, passed away Friday, December 15, 2006 in the Johnson City Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was a native of West Virginia and was born April 20, 1948 to the late Offie Hayworth Sr. and Zonna Green Hayworth. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Hayworth and a sister Billy Jean Hayworth. She was a former employee of Goodwill Industries in Wilmington, Delaware and was the First Charter Member of Victory Chapel Cowboy Church where she served on the Building committee and was a former Sunday School teacher. She loved scrapbooking and traveling Survivors include: Three sisters: Betty Jane Severt of Baileyton, TN Ann Aievoli and Husband Nick of Dover, Delaware Rita "Cookie" Johnston and Husband Ray of Springfield, VA. Three brothers: Offie Hayworth Jr. and wife Betty of Mountain City James Hayworth and wife Alice of Mountain City Carroll Hayworth and wife Eileen of Mountain City One sister-in-law: Martha Hayworth of Mountain City Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Funeral services for Drema S. Hayworth will be held 3:00 p. m. Sunday, December 17, 2006 from the Victory Chapel Cowboy Church , 917 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City with Rev. Harold Hawkins and Rev. Tom Severt ministers to officiate. Music will under the direction of Lois Dunn. Graveside services and Burial will follow in the Dunn Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nephews Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Adult Sunday School Class of Victory Chapel Cowboy Church. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3:00 p. m. Sunday, December 17, 2006 prior the services a the Victory Chapel Cowboy Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Victory Chapel Cowboy Church, 917 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, TN 37683. Friends may call at the residence of her Brother, James and Alice Hayworth, 1004 Ivy Street, Mountain City at anytime.
