"Dub" Blackburn, age 81, of 815 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, Tennessee. Passed away Saturday, August 9th 2003, at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital following an Extended Illness. Mr. Blackburn was a native of Johnson County, Tennessee. He was born March 13th 1922 to the late Brownlow and Mary Greer Blackburn., he was proceeded in death by (3) Sisters, Grace Blackburn, Hazel Carty and Crathie Proffitt. and a Brother Howard Blackburn. He was a School Bus Driver for the Johnson County School System. and a member Butler Baptist Church Survivors: Wife; Josephine Forrester Blackburn. of the Home (1) Daughter; Donna K. Guinn and son in law Rick of Elizabethton, Tennessee. (4)Sisters; Georgia Greer, Mountain City, Tennessee. Anna Lea Day, Elizabethton, Tennessee. Lexie Blackburn, Elizabethton, Tennessee. "Dub" Blackburn will be conducted 1P.M. on Tuesday August 12th 2003 in the Greene Cemetery, with Rev. Keith Brown to officiate.
