Edna Louise Trivett, age 88, of 416 Fairground Lane, Mountain City, TN passed away Tuesday December 6, 2016 at her residence.
She was born August 1, 1928 to the late David Emmett Brown and Lossie Mae Osborne Brown. Ms. Trivett was of the Holiness faith.
She enjoyed reading ad playing the guitar and piano. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Kay Trivett; granddaughter Brittany Carroll; son-in-law Robert Wayne Blevins; four sisters: Jeanette Proffitt, Ruby Bumgardner, Lela Loudermilk and Hazel Reece; and two brothers: Ernest Brown and Junior Brown.
Survivors include: her ex-husband, Jimmy “Gerald” trivet of Damascus VA; two daughters: Wanda Blevins of the home and Shelia Richardson of Damascus, VA; one son: Larry C. Johnson and wife DeeDee of Lafayette, TN; one brother: Kenneth Brown of Euclid, OH; grandchildren: Kimberly Potter and husband Donald of Mountain City, TN;
Eric Trivett of Damascus, VA and Andrew Trivett; several nieces and nephews and special friend Char Wilburn.
Funeral services for Edna Louise Trivett will be conducted Friday, December 9, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Larry C. Johnson and Oscar Roark officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum of Love.
