Edward Dale Trivett

Edward (Ed) Dale Trivett, 96, beloved father, went home to be with the Lord on 9/26/23. He was born in Mountain City, Tennessee to the late John and Inez Trivett. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois Ann Farmer Trivett, sister; Ruth Roark, brother; Herman Trivette and sister Christine Trivette, Grandson Brian Trivette. Ed is survived by his brother J.D. and wife Sandy Trivette, sister; Rita Roten, sister-in-law; Betty Trivette, daughter Cindy Hyder, daughter Brandy Kruse, son Paul and wife Cindy Trivette and step daughter Bonnie and husband Larry Trivette. Grandchildren; Misty Lipford, Bradley Hyder, Justin Payne, Holly Mahala, Clinton Mahala and Teresa Mousley, Stacy Francis. Several great grandchildren. In his younger years, Ed had a great love for the west. He has resided in Oregon, Washington, and Montana. He worked for the Great Northern Pacific Railroad. He was also a farmer and operated a sawmill. His greatest joys were caring for his honey bees, raising a garden and spending time with his beloved dog. Pallbearers will be Bradley Hyder, Mark Lipford, and Larry Wallace. Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday September 28th, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Trivett Cemetery located at 900 Crowder Road, Mountain City, Tennessee. Visitation will be held prior, also at 900 Crowder Road. Mark Church to preside. He will be missed dearly, but we are so grateful for the time we had to spend with him. We will always feel his presence in our hearts.
