Mrs. Ella Martin Wilson, age 86, of 887 Slab Town Road, Zionville, North Carolina, passed away at Elizabethtown, North Carolina. She was a member of Zionville Baptist Church, a Sunday School teacher, member of the Zionville Ladies Auxiliary, Every Body's Grandmother and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Nancy Wallace Martin, husband Joseph Marion Wilson, Son Thomas "Tommy" Wilson and daughter in law Monika Wilson. She is survived by one daughter, Nancy May, Zionville, North Carolina, one son William "Bill" Wilson and wife Sylvia Jane, White Oak, North Carolina, one daughter in law Doris Ann Wilson, Shelbyville, Tennessee, one son in law Wally G. May, Mountain City, Tennessee, one sister Rose Leach, Mocksville, North Carolina, two brothers Roy Martin and Pearl of Zionville, North Carolina, Asa Martin and Anna Bell, Zionville, North Carolina. Grandchildren: Linda, Ronnie, Billy, Keith, Kevin, Lynn Wilson, Scotty and, Stacey May, Michael Laird, Jim Wilson, Angie Brown and Patsy Moffat. Great Grandchildren: Dominic, Madison, Reece, Mikey, Makayla, Jaydelyn, Thomas, Gwendolyn, Leah, Brittany, Brooke, Haley, Addison, Matthew, Blake, Nichole and Payton several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Ella Martin Wilson will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 from the Zionville Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Johnson officiating. Music will be provided by church choir. Active pallbearers will be Grandchildren. Graveside services and interment will be held at the Sunset Memorial Park, Mountain City, Tennessee, following the funeral. The family will receive friends on Friday August 13, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. from the Johnson County Funeral Home.
