Elmer L. Gilley

Elmer L. Gilley, age 75, of 104 Nave Street, Hampton, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in Sycamore Shoals. He was the son of the late Haggy and Viola Campbell Gilley. Mr. Gilley was a farmer and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed woodworking and gardening. Survivors include his wife, Florence F. Gilley, of the home and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Elmer L. Gilley will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012 from the Johnson County Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Stidham officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service. Graveside service and interment will follow in Shady Valley Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Dallas Hopkins and other friends.
