Early in life she worked with the late Dr Obergon as a Surgical Technologist (scrub tech) at the Johnson County Hospital and also as a supervisor at Burlington textiles. Tine was a caregiver for many years to both her parents and mother in law and assisted her husband with his roofing business. In her free time, she loved to be outdoors walking, gardening, canning, planting flowers, and caring for her home. She was a hard worker and an excellent cook and baker, the family will forever miss her homemade spaghetti and red velvet cake. Vacationing at the beach and spending time helping others were also among her favorite pastimes. Tine loved Jesus and attended services at Community Church as her health permitted. She lived a life full of the fruits of the spirit: Love, Kindness, Self-sacrifice, Peace, Gentleness, Patience and Faithfulness. Her generosity, warm smile, sense of humor, loving heart, as well as her one of a kind sense of style will be greatly missed.
