Obituary for, Floyd V. Smith Floyd Van Smith, age 78, of Mountain City, passed away at his residence December 13, 2012. He was a native of Campbell County, GA .,a son of the late Aaron B. and Queenie Boyd Smith. Mr. Smith enjoyed trading and selling, was a member of First Christian Church of Mountain City. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and in addition to his parents was preceded in death by a son. Survivors are Wife, Nannie Bell Adams Smith, Mountain City, TN 1 Son 1 Daughter, both of Georgia 3 Step- Daughters and 1 Step-son 1 Sister and 1 Brother. A memorial service for Floyd Van Smith will be conducted at 10:00 A M Saturday December 22, 2012 from the First Christian Church with Mr. Ken Caswell and Mr. Dwayne Dickson officiating.
