Frances Oliver

Frances F. Oliver, age 59, of 924 Medical Park Drive, Apt. 204, Mountain City, TN passed away Friday, July 15, 2011 after an extended illness. She was a native of Cherokee County, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Oliver and her parents Elford Fowler and Edith Estes Fowler. One daughter, Stephany Paige Harvey; and one sister, Betty Hurlocker. Her hobbies were music. Survivors include: one daughter, Allyson Ricci and husband Shawn of Gaffney, South Carolina; one sister, Ann Mote, Las Vegas, Nevada and four grandchildren. Special friends, JoAnne Rinehart and Linda Guy of Mountain City, TN. A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
