Frank D. Loggins

Frank D. Loggins, age 80, of 1603 Bristol Caverns Road, Bristol, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 5, 2014 at Greystone Health Care Center after an extended illness. He was born January 23, 1934 in Johnson County, Tennessee, to the late Clint Loggins and Mary Pleasant Loggins. He was also preceded in death by three brothers: Jarrett Loggins, Murr Loggins and Elmer Loggins and a sister: Beatrice Jordan. He had worked for Frizzell Construction Company, Bristol, Tennessee. He loved sitting at the lake and park. Survivors include his son, Greg Loggins, Bristol, Tennessee; three nieces: Jeanette Eastridge, Jane Taylor and Pansy Loggins Sanders; one nephew: Jarrett Loggins, Jr. Funeral service for Frank D. Loggins will be conducted Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the East Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Mr. Dwayne Dixon will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Pallbearers will be friends and honorary pallbearers will be Jake Rudder and Charles Shiffley.
