Fred Wilson

July 2, 1913 — April 25, 2008

Mr. Fred Wilson, age 94, of 321 Swift Hollow Lane, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away Friday, April 25, 2008 after an extended illness. He was the son of Dan Wilson and Jessie Jenkins Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a member of Mountain City Church of Christ. He was a retired employee of Summers & Taylor Construction. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and fox hunting and he was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Olivia Fenner Wilson; one daughter, Glenda Carol Wilson; one sister: Ruby Forrester; five brothers: Boyd Wilson, Ray Wilson, Shorty Edgar Wilson, Junior Wilson and Arthur Wilson.

Survivors include one son, Connie Wilson, of the home; three sisters: Hazel Wilson, Maxine King, and Norma Jean Lowe, all of Mountain City, Tennessee; one brother: J.C. Wilson of Mountain City, Tennessee; one grandson, Freddy Lynn Wilson of Boone, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews; special friends: Alf Wilson, Mike Allen and D.C. Forrester.

It was Mr. Wilson?s wishes to be cremated and no formal services held.
