Obituary for: George William St. Martin, Sr. George W. St. Martin, Sr., age 81, of 6469 Big Dry Run Rd, Butler, TN passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, TN. He was born March 1, 1930 in Taunton, MA. He was a maintenance worker of the Foxboro Company of MA. He was preceded in death by his parents, John A. St. Martin and Laura Jones St. Martin and one son, George St. Martin, Jr. He was a U.S. Marine veteran having served in Korea. His hobby was Ham radio. Mr. St. Martin was a member of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Survivors include: his wife, Dorothy St. Martin, of the home; one son, John St. Martin of Butler, TN; one sister, Laura Reist, Sugar Grove, NC; one grandchild, Chrissy St. Martin, Pembroke Pines, FL. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends for Mr. St. Martin at the East Side Memory Chapel at the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home, Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. followed by a graveside service a t 2:00 p.m. from the Bakers Gap Baptist Church Cemetery with Father James Stuhrenberg officiating.
